Job Description
The Global Technology D&A Solution Architect is responsible for defining and implementing scalable, high-performance data and analytics architectures that align with business priorities and enterprise technology standards. Working within the Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence, the role partners closely with business stakeholders, Global Technology Managers, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to design future-proof data solutions across global markets. The role translates business and architecture requirements into secure, efficient, and integrated analytics capabilities that drive data-driven decision-making. As a technical leader, the Global Technology D&A Solution Architect guides solution design, development, and implementation while ensuring operational excellence, governance, and compliance. Success is measured through the delivery of robust data solutions, platform performance, business value realization, and the continuous advancement of the organization's data and analytics capabilities.
- Define the strategic technology vision and roadmap for Data & Analytics solutions, identifying opportunities to improve business value through emerging technologies and innovation.
- Translate business and architectural requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions, including architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and data models.
- Lead the design and development of data pipelines, analytics solutions, integrations, reporting frameworks, and data models using cloud-based technologies and enterprise platforms.
- Manage end-to-end solution architecture and implementation for Data & Analytics initiatives, acting as a technical lead across multidisciplinary project teams.
- Coordinate offshore development teams and technology partners to ensure smooth operations, optimized platform performance, and successful solution delivery.
- Drive operational excellence through data governance, monitoring, change management, incident management, user adoption, and compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

For this role as a Global Technology D&A Solution Architect, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field, with business proficiency in English.
- More than 8 years of experience delivering Data & Analytics solutions, including architecture design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and user enablement.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure Data Services, Power BI, SAP integrations, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Strong expertise in data modeling, data engineering, analytics architecture, and programming languages such as SQL and Python.
- Proven experience leading Agile delivery teams and managing large-scale end-to-end Data & Analytics solution implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with relevant architecture certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or equivalent credentials
