Job Description
The D&A Product Management Lead is responsible for leading the Product Management chapter within the Data & AI function and owns the vision, delivery, adoption and value realization of Data & AI products across business domains. Reporting to the Chief Data Officer, this role manages the Data & AI product portfolio from identifying business needs through delivery and realization of measurable business value. The role acts as the senior bridge between business leadership and Data & AI teams, ensuring priorities are aligned with strategic objectives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the D&A Product Management Lead establishes product management standards, agile delivery practices, and business analysis capabilities across the function. Success is measured through product adoption, delivery predictability, portfolio value realization, and the development of a high-performing product management organization.
- Lead, coach and develop Product Owners, Business Analysts and Scrum Masters while building a high-performing Product Management chapter across the Data & AI function.
- Define Data & AI product vision and portfolio priorities together with senior business stakeholders and oversee the full lifecycle of products across business domains.
- Establish and maintain best practices, standards, tools and ways of working for product management, business analysis and agile delivery.
- Ensure business requirements are translated into actionable backlogs, user stories and acceptance criteria that enable effective product delivery.
- Drive predictable and transparent agile delivery, managing cross-squad dependencies, delivery flow and risk escalation.
- Lead product adoption and value realization through stakeholder engagement, change management, governance, training and benefits tracking.

For this role as a D&A Product Management Lead, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree and extensive experience in product management, business analysis and agile delivery of Data & AI products.
- Proven leadership experience managing Product Owners, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters and external delivery partners.
- Strong understanding of business processes and experience translating business needs into product roadmaps and delivery priorities.
- Working knowledge of Data & AI technologies, including GenAI capabilities, limitations and delivery lifecycles.
- Advanced stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, including engagement with executive-level leaders.
- Experience with agile delivery methodologies, portfolio prioritization, value realization and financial business case management.
