Ready to turn complexity into clarity? As our Supply Chain Portfolio Simplification Lead, you'll drive portfolio simplification across Sourcing, Manufacturing, Planning & Logistics, and Procurement, turning complexity into smart, actionable strategy with real business impact.
- Identify and track key portfolio complexity drivers, building the dashboards & KPIs to prove it
- Turn data into compelling, fact-based business cases for simplification
- Embed "right first time" thinking into new product development with Innovation teams
- Influence stakeholders across Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning & Logistics - without formal authority
Qualifications
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴
- 15+ years in Supply Chain, ideally in fast-paced multinational FMCG
- Proven ability to influence without authority and build cross-functional alignment
- Strong financial/business acumen with a customer-first mindset
- Experience deploying new processes across functions and regions
- A confident communicator who simplifies complexity for any audience
