Job Description
As Country Finance Manager Sweden & Finland, you are the financial leader and trusted business partner for two important Nordic markets within JDE Peet’s Northern Europe organization.
You will drive business performance, financial control and value creation across a complex multi-country, multi-entity and multi-channel environment, covering Sweden and Finland, multiple legal entities, and diverse routes-to-market including CPG (Retail), Jobmeal and Away From Home. This requires balancing different customer dynamics, business models and local market realities while ensuring one consistent financial perspective and performance agenda.
Reporting to the Finance Director Northern Europe, you are a key member of both the Northern Europe Finance Leadership Team and the Sweden & Finland Leadership Teams. You provide insight, challenge and strategic direction to help the business accelerate profitable growth while maintaining strong governance and controls.
This role offers broad exposure, significant leadership visibility and an excellent platform for future regional finance leadership opportunities.
Your responsibilities
- Act as lead Finance Business Partner to the Sweden & Finland leadership teams
- Own financial performance, forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning across both markets
- Drive profitable growth through commercial insight, performance management and financial challenge
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Category teams across Retail, Jobmeal and Away From Home channels
- Provide clear visibility on risks, opportunities and key business drivers
- Lead business case evaluation, pricing decisions and investment prioritization
- Ensure strong financial controls, compliance and governance across multiple legal entities
- Drive simplification, standardization and automation initiatives across the finance organization
- Build strong relationships with Northern Europe leadership, Global Functions and Shared Services
- Develop finance talent and contribute to the future finance organization in Northern Europe
Qualifications
You are a commercially minded finance leader who combines business partnering, analytical excellence and leadership.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Strong experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Country Finance leadership roles
- Proven track record in driving business performance within an international FMCG environment
- Strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting and value creation
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
