Job Description
As Regional Procurement Manager for External Manufacturing, Coffee Equipment, and Cross-Sell Non-Food, you'll ensure uninterrupted supply across 15 JDE factories in Europe, managing a spend portfolio of up to €0.5bn. Leading a team of 4–5 buyers, you'll be the senior escalation point for suppliers and factories, combining operational grip with strategic supplier development. This is a role for a procurement leader who gets things done — driving cost, cash, and supply performance in a complex, fast-moving environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and develop a team of regional buyers, driving operational excellence across the EM, CE, and XS category portfolio
- Ensure supply continuity across 15 EU factories, managing escalations on delivery, quality, and supply disruptions
- Develop and execute regional procurement strategies to improve cost efficiency, agility, and supply reliability
- Drive best-in-class supplier relationship management — including performance reviews, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement programmes
- Execute tenders, productivity initiatives, and cash extraction programmes across the category
- Oversee contract compliance on pricing, payment terms, discounts, and rebates in close collaboration with the business

For this role as Regional Procurement Manager Europe – EM/CE/XS, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- 5+ years of procurement experience with a proven track record in cost, cash, and supply performance delivery
- Strong understanding of E2E supply chain and supplier relationship management programmes
- Experience leading and developing procurement teams in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Solid grasp of SRM, risk mitigation, P2P technologies, and compliance activities
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage critical escalations across factories and suppliers
- Degree level education; MBA or further qualification preferred
