Job Description

As R&D Program Specialist, you'll be at the heart of how we turn big ambitions into real products. You'll need to know your stuff technically, but what will really set you apart is how you work with people and how you drive things forward. This role matters - and you'll feel it.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading cross-functional groups to bring new product and process designs to life
  • Contributing to our business value creation plan through technical innovation and capability development
  • Scoping R&D projects, assessing proposals, and advising Category Managers and Directors
  • Making sure projects are handed over smoothly to the R&D Program team for successful delivery in the next phase

Qualifications

What we're looking for We're not big on checklists. We care more about how you think, how you collaborate, and whether you take ownership. That said, here's what tends to set people up for success in this role:

  • A background in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or a related field
  • 8+ years in product development, innovation or process technologies in the food industry (R&D or Operations)
  • Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders
